Whistleblower:

To prevent white-collar crime and to protect the reputation and assets of Strecker Berger + Partner mbB, we have set up a whistleblower system. With this whistleblower system, we would like to create the opportunity to uncover and clarify cases of white-collar crime, damaging behavior and risks that could endanger Strecker Berger + Partner, its reputation and assets. You may be aware of such issues and may not wish to raise them openly with superiors or other available contacts. This portal offers you the opportunity to report your suspicions anonymously in order to prevent cases of money laundering, terrorist financing, corruption, fraud, bribery and acceptance of benefits or other criminal acts. All information that you submit via this portal will be treated in strict confidence. If you do not wish to give your name, we will take technical measures to ensure that your report remains anonymous. However, we encourage you to use your name when using this system and will always treat the information reported confidentially. Employees who report suspected or actual misconduct in good faith (i.e. with the conviction that the facts reported are true) do not have to fear any negative consequences. Even if the reported suspicion is not confirmed following an investigation, this will not have any negative consequences for the whistleblower.

Whistleblowers can also use external reporting procedures instead of the internal whistleblowing systems.

The following link will give you access to a separate online platform where you can submit your report. There you will also find further information on the reporting process and anonymity.
